John DeFazio, President and Chief Executive Officer

Before founding ESU in 1976, John worked in the electrical industry for Russellstoll, Midland Ross and Steel City. John's educational background includes a BA degree from Loyola University in 1963. As President of ESU, John supervises the company's operations in all territories and is the resident sales representative for ESU in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Chuck Beadle, Vice President

Chuck's educational background includes a BA degree from the University of San Diego, 1983. Before joining ESU, Chuck worked for Reliance Electric, Gould Shawmut, and Acme Electric Corporation. His positions included sales engineer, national sales manager, and regional sales manager respectively. Chuck's responsibilities include the sales management of all industrial products.

J.D. DeFazio, Vice President

J.D.'s educational background includes a BSBA degree from the University of Phoenix, 1991, and he also received CPMR certification in January, 1996. J.D. has spent his entire twenty year career in the electrical industry with ESU. His duties include the sales management of all construction products, key construction accounts, and major contractors.

Teresa DeFazio Fackiner, Vice President

Teresa's duties include managing ESU's day to day operations, which include customer service, order entry and the entire warehouse operation. Teresa's entire ten year electrical career has been with ESU.

The ESU staff of fifty-five (55) dedicated professionals includes seventeen (17) management and sales representatives, twenty-three (23) customer service and operations associates, fourteen (14) service center associates and one (1) IT Manager.
